1. Account terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You are responsible for all activity and content under your account.
• You must not transmit malware, worms, viruses, or destructive code.
• Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. General conditions

• You must read and accept these Terms before using the service.
• Technical support is provided to paying account holders via email unless otherwise specified.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service without written permission.
• You may not use ZenInvoice trademarks, confusingly similar keywords, or domain names without authorization.
• Your content may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements.
• Payment card information is encrypted during network transfer.

3. ZenInvoice rights

• ZenInvoice may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.
• ZenInvoice may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• ZenInvoice may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Abusive behavior toward users, staff, members, or officers may result in immediate termination.
• ZenInvoice may serve competitors and does not grant exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of liability

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ZenInvoice is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenInvoice, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, contractors, and employees from claims, demands, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.

5. Waiver and complete agreement

Failure by ZenInvoice to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZenInvoice regarding the service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

6. Intellectual property and customer content

ZenInvoice does not claim ownership over content you submit to the service. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant ZenInvoice the rights needed to host, process, store, and display that content for operating the service.

ZenInvoice treats your non-public information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide the service, comply with law, or enforce rights.

7. Payment of fees

• Paid plans require subscription fees billed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment processor fees are separate and not included in ZenInvoice subscription fees.
• ZenInvoice is not responsible for third-party payment processor operations or settlement timing.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Attempts to bypass fees, including abusive trial creation or unauthorized chargebacks, are prohibited.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may request cancellation at any time through account settings or by contacting support. ZenInvoice may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or material breaches of these Terms.

9. Modifications to service and prices

ZenInvoice may change pricing and service features. Material pricing changes will be communicated in advance, including by posting updates in the app or website. ZenInvoice may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. DMCA notice and takedown procedure

ZenInvoice respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices. If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, submit a notice with sufficient detail for review.

ZenInvoice may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may allow a counter-notification process where appropriate under applicable law.

11. Sign-in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, ZenInvoice accesses only the data required for authentication and account setup, such as your name and email address. ZenInvoice does not store your Google password and does not use Google account data beyond sign-in and account management purposes.
